Spring 2014

This impressive expansion and renovation project added a story on top of the existing 890 sq ft two-story structure and dug into the hillside for an expanded basement. The resulting house, with breathtaking views of downtown San Francisco, is an exceptional example of what can be created with an older residence and the right vision and passion. Approximately 3250 sqft, with 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, we worked side by side with a great design team to make this home not only stunning in its lighting design, home automation and aesthetic beauty, but also practical and comfortable for family life.
